Daughter, Dreamer, Christian, Mother, Principal Artist at Fairytale Flowers~ Kerry has been working in the retail florist industry in Connecticut since 2001. She is an artist of many mediums but prides her work as a floral artist that began when she was 16 years old. She will forever be indebted to her Mother who suggested the profession during a casual discussion after school. Shortly after, she began working in her hometown Florist, formally Floral Expressions, learning techniques and essential rules of the trade she has taken with her all these years later. About Fairytale Flowers by Kerry
Family owned and operated floral studio offers fresh flower arrangements and delivery services for life's everyday moments and special events.Next Day Delivery Service available in South Windsor, Ellington, Vernon, Somers, Enfield CT and surrounding areas during regular business hours.
Current delivery hours are Tuesday - Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturdays 9am - 3pm. We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, and Sunday, February 14th, 2027.
Same Day Delivery Service available if placed before 11:00AM and subject to availability. Additional fees will apply. Statewide and Nationwide Flower Delivery options available upon request and subject to order minimums.
Sustainability is important to Fairytale Flowers by Kerry. Locally sourced Connecticut-grown florals are available when in-season as well as imported florals from around the globe will add color and lasting impressions to your unforgettable event or floral gift order.

Frequently Asked Questions - FAQs
Can I request a specific time for the delivery of my arrangement?
If you are in our local delivery area you will be offered delivery date options for your order during checkout. We do not offer timed deliveries.
For sympathy orders, we check calling hours with the funeral home prior to delivery and will change the delivery time and date according to what is requested by the funeral director.
If you prefer a timed delivery you may use the "Special Instructions" box located on the order form to request a particular time frame for your delivery. We cannot guarantee exact times. We will do our best to accommodate "before 12pm" or "after 12pm" time frames.
What happens to my order when you attempt delivery and the recipient is not at home?
If the recipient is not at their home or requested delivery location at time of attempted delivery, we will leave the order on a porch, under a valance or out of direct sunlight (weather permitting only) and the driver will phone the recipient to let them know a delivery has been completed and the location in which the gift was left.
We take full responsibility when leaving deliveries if and only if the outside temperature is above 60 degrees F and below 72 degrees F and there is no rain or wind in the forecast. If the driver does not deem the weather appropriate for leaving outside, we will take the flowers or gift into our delivery van and re-attempt prior to end of business day if and only if we have heard back from the recipient in a timely fashion to do so. Re-deliveries may also take place next business day in order to complete requested service.
In some cases, we will be instructed to leave the flowers or gift regardless of recipient being present. Customer will take full responsibility if this option is requested and all sales will be final. No refunds will be available if flowers or gift items are stolen or damaged after delivery.
Do you offer same day delivery?
*Yes, for an additional fee, we can accommodate most same day delivery orders placed by 11:00am *if the requested florals or gift items are available.
Can I order online or by phone?
Yes! You can order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week at fairytaleflowersct.com or by phone at (860)926-4897 during our business hours (Tuesday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM, Sat 9:00AM-3:00PM, Monday-Sunday Closed).
Can I request a specific flower or color choice?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision. Please leave your request with us in the special instructions box at check out or you may phone-in your order to us directly.
Do you offer fruit and gourmet baskets?
No, at this time, we do not offer fruit and gourmet baskets. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Can I add a balloon to my order?
Yes, at this time we do offer balloon add-ons at Fairytale Flowers.
Can you create a balloon bouquet for delivery?
Yes, at this time we do offer balloon sales at Fairytale Flowers.
